Patient Portal Notice
Effective October 7, Southeast Health will be transitioning to Mercy's electronic health record (EHR) system.
Download the MyMercy app to view future medical records, schedule new visits, pay upcoming bills and more. MyMercy is a free online health management tool, available to all Mercy patients.
To view health records prior to October 7, contact your health care provider or Health Information Management at 573-651-5534.
The Stoddard County Patient Portal will remain active until next year.
